FOR SINGLE USE

Usage

Do not edit the original work other than to crop or resize.

Client receives a single-use license for the commissioned piece. They may use this piece for one chosen streaming platform.

Piece(s) are not allowed to be resold.

Proper credit must be given in any relevant social media descriptions.

I, tokban, have the right to post commissions on my website/social media pages and may use it for samples - though confidentiality can be requested for a certain period of time.
Process
-
An invoice will be sent by me for the deposit of the base commission price and must be paid before I begin the first draft.

After the first draft has been approved by the client, I will send a second invoice for the rest of the payment and must be paid in full before any progress is made.

Refunds

Refunds can be requested and given if the piece is below 25% completion.
