Usage

 

• Do not edit the original work other than to crop or resize.

• Client receives a standard commercial license for the commissioned piece.

• Client may use commissioned piece for promotional use on all social media and streaming platforms.

• Piece(s) are not allowed to be resold.

• Proper credit must be given in any relevant social media descriptions.

• I, tokban, have the right to post commissions on my website/social media pages and may use it for samples - though confidentiality can be requested for a certain period of time.

 

Process

 

• An invoice will be sent by me for the deposit of the base commission price and must be paid before I begin the first draft.

• After the first draft has been approved by the client, I will send a second invoice for the rest of the payment and must be paid in full before any progress is made.

Refunds

• Refunds can be requested and given if the piece is below 25% completion.

 

Payment

• PayPal only, unless stated otherwise.

• I only accept £ (GBP).

Commercial Use Licence Fee

• 125% fee to deliverables.

Additional Use

​

• For digital and physical merchandise.

• 50 - 250% fee to deliverables.
